Profit Impact is a UK business founded by Sarah Whale in July 2020. We are a small company with a big mission. We are on an important journey to guide businesses towards a sustainable future through maximising their triple bottom line.

We have achieved B Corp certification this year.

We believe business is more rewarding when you dare to look beyond money.

That every penny earned creates a cost – to someone or something somewhere.

And that a company’s awareness of its social and environmental impact means as much as its straight-up financial gain.We believe in progress.

In modern thinking.

In considering the long-term effects of short-term profitability.

Which is why we believe in leaders who have the vision to see the bigger picture… and the courage to instigate change.

We are Profit Impact.

And we believe in conscious business performance.

Many of the greatest ideas and discoveries come from a diverse mix of minds, backgrounds, and experiences, and we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment.

Profit Impact provides equal opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, color, age, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic disposition, neurodiversity, disability, or veteran status.
